Lawn Care Team Member

Job Description as Follows
-General Labor -Operation of Weed Trimmers & Blowers -General Operation of all types of mowers we run -Willingness to collaborate with any crew member in the field. -Ability to take direction effectively. -Reliable transportation is a requirement for this position. -Possession of a valid driver's license with a semi-clean driving record is necessary. -Maintains a positive and upbeat attitude in the workplace. -Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and carrying a backpack blower/sprayer. -Ability to be on your feet for multiple hours during work shifts. -Preparedness to work in all weather conditions. -Dedication to going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. -Responsible for reporting to Crew Leads/Operations Managers on the conditions and progress of the day. -Ability to act Appropriately & Professionally in the field -Demonstrates good judgment of time and common sense for making smart decisions in the field. -Ability to perform any/all duties assigned by upper management.

Chemical Applicator

Job Description as Follows
-Must have up-to-date Minnesota Department of Agriculture Core A&E Certification (willing to train). -Ability to educate and have knowledge on the products we use and how/why we use them. -Ability to hold a valid drivers license & hold a DOT health card. -Ability to analyze each property & know the most efficient way to perform tasks at hand. -Ability to coach & teach all new/young employees effectively on the task at hand. -Ability to lead by example & "do the little things". -Ability to act appropriately & professionally in the field. -Ability to have advanced knowledge of all operations for all turf equipment we use. -Ability to use our Software at all times. -Knowledge of each property & why we do certain things (i.e. bed maintenance, start/stop places on each property, why we move in a certain direction on each property, etc.). -Ability to communicate with each Customer to give more in depth answers to certain questions in the field (build the relationships we have with our Customers). -Ability to clearly communicate with Operations Manager's on daily/weekly progress in the field is going. -Ability to problem solve in order to make the best decisions for the crew and the department. -This person has the ability to exercise extreme attention to detail. -Ability to lift up to 50lbs. -Ability to be on their feet for multiple hours. -Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. -Ability to perform any/all duties assigned by upper management.

Snow Plow Operator

Preferred experience in operating a plow truck or skid loader. Ability to take direction from the crew lead on route and specific sites. Willingness to assist shovel crews if they fall behind. On-call position with varying shift lengths, including 8, 10, 12, or more hours. Availability to report to work promptly when called in for snow-related duties. Valid Driver's License required for operating equipment. Responsible for reporting to management on the conditions and progress of the day. Capable of engaging with customers to address concerns or questions. Demonstrates good judgment of time and common sense for making smart decisions in the field.

Shovel and Sidewalk Crew Member

Collaborate with snow plow operators to clear sidewalks and garage fronts on assigned routes. Ability to operate a zero-turn machine for sidewalks (willing to train). Team-oriented mindset to efficiently complete tasks collectively. Maintains a positive and upbeat attitude in the workplace. Capable of lifting up to 80lbs and carrying a backpack blower. Proficient in pushing a salt spreader for effective snow and ice management. Endurance to be on feet for multiple hours during work shifts. Willingness to work in all weather conditions. Dedication to going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Responsible for reporting to management on the conditions and progress of the day. Ability to communicate with customers regarding concerns or questions. Demonstrates good judgment of time and common sense for making smart decisions in the field.
